Tasks

  • Independently making decisions and executing electricity trading transactions with deadlines in domestic and 20 European markets
  • Conducting trading transactions involving CO2, coal, and gas with a focus on maximizing profitability while effectively managing risk
  • Developing and implementing new trading strategies
  • Effectively managing the portfolio of positions resulting from concluded market transactions
  • Actively participating in cross-border capacity auctions and managing the acquired capacities effectively and profitably
  • Formulating and conducting market analysis tasks, gathering market information
  • Monitoring competitors' activities

What we expect

  • University degree in a technical or economic field
  • Fluent english in verbal and written
  • Proprietary trading knowledge and expertise in commodity products (electricity, coal, natural gas, CO2)
  • Financial knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Precision and stress tolerance
  • Motivation and dedication to trading
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in commodity or financial product trading

The following qualifications are deemed as advantage

  • Participation in commodity or financial market trading courses
  • Knowledge of Croatian, Serbian, Romanian, or Bulgarian
  • VBA knowledge
